Had such a lovely Sunday roast. Live music, great service and the food was stunning. Really big portions too.
I celebrated at the garage brunch here last Saturday and what can I say. It was amazing. The decor. The cocktails drinks and food but moreso the staff. They were amazing to my group all day. First time here and definitely will not be my last. The pornstar martinis were amazing. Fab afternoon and I really had the best time.
This is an absolutely fantastic restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere especially decorated for Christmas . Mira was our waitress. She was incredibly attentive, warm & welcoming which added to the afternoon which was my wife’s birthday lunch . We live close to Suffolk however we will make a point of coming back. My wife’s favourite part of the meal was the pork which was delicious.,
What an amazing NYE at funky monk! The staff were warm, friendly and super attentive. The food was absolutely excellent, the entertainment 5 star and the hotel room was beautiful. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Credit to Laura and Lauren who were fantastic with my booking and very patient, sweet and attentive
Me and my other half stayed here as we had a wedding round the corner all I can say was perfect . Soon as we arrived we were given a welcome drink of Prosecco or beer for my other half . Staff were so friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. defo recommend a stay here or just come for food as the food is very tasty to !

Funky monk bar area was the perfect venue for my hubbys birthday celebration . Staff were super attentive and the catering was spot on providing a cold buffet starter , followed by hot canapes . And amazing mini dessert selection . With relaxed sofa areas , high stools and tables or low tables and chairs . It was perfect for our guests . Thank you Arial for co -ordinating it for us
